Nù Barreto in La Clairière D’Eza Boto (Group Show): Jardin des Plantes de Rouen, France

18 May - 27 June 2021
Jardin des Plantes de Rouen, France

"La Clairière D'Eza Boto" is a project that pays tribute to the great Cameroonian writer, professor of literature and political activist Mongo Beti who lived in Rouen for over thirty years. Yves Chatap was inspired by his novel "Ville Cruelle" to conceive a poetic immersion of this work by declining it in several Opus which will include exhibitions, performances, residences and conferences in Normandy in the Rouen agglomeration from April to September 2021.

This event takes place within the framework of the cultural season Africa 2020 (postponed to 2021) directed by the general curator Mrs. N'Goné Fall.
