On Sarkis' initiative, and with the kind and enthusiastic agreement of Heiner Goebbels, a broadcast of the German composer's A House of Call (2020) is scheduled for April 22 at 7pm in the exhibition. Discovered during the Festival d'Automne 2024 at the Cité de la Musique, Sarkis evokes the closeness this composition has aroused in him with regard to his artistic practice. Many points of convergence seem to unite the Villejuif studio and the musical work, which the booklet defines as "the result of Heiner Goebbels' travels around the world, (...) a sum of sounds, styles, languages, cultures and voices".

Divided into 4 chapters, A House of Call is described as "a cycle of calls, invocations, solicitations, incantations, prayers, speech acts, poems and songs for large orchestra", which resonates with the prodigious richness of Sarkis's captivating refuge, where nearly 60 years of creations, works in the making and objects patiently waiting coexist. The installation Infini croisement des détails avec sa mesure en lumière (Infinite crossing of details with its measurement in light) bears witness in fragmentary images to this fertile ground with which Sarkis makes us sense the powerful immensity of this world.

Sarkis wishes to make his exhibition listen to the composition by Heiner Goebbels, and invites us to attend this moment of transmission with a stroll through the exhibition space.
